  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
